While the venue rental includes exclusive access and core amenities, couples should plan separately for:

A signed contract along with the initial payment is required to reserve your date.
The initial down payment is 50% of the total rental fee, plus a $500 security deposit.
The remaining balance, including any added services or overnight stays, is due 30 days prior to your event.
The $500 security deposit covers potential damages. It will be refunded within 10 business days following your event, pending inspection. If damages exceed the deposit, you will be notified and billed accordingly.
Yes. A licensed wedding planner or day-of coordinator is required. One may be hired directly through Jayce Farms if needed.
Yes. Day-of Event Insurance is required. This is typically easy to obtain and generally costs between $75–$200, depending on coverage.

No. Couples are welcome to bring in their preferred catering team or food trucks. Food trucks must park on asphalt only. Caterers may use the kitchen for warming and food preparation.
Yes. Alcohol is permitted, and couples may hire a licensed bartender of their choice.
Couples may choose any licensed and insured catering team. All vendors must coordinate arrival and setup times with the Venue Manager.
Your rental includes exclusive use of the grounds and facilities for your event, including:

Yes. Set-up is allowed the day before your event. Couples are welcome to bring flowers, lighting, and décor to personalize the space.
Your rental includes 12 hours of exclusive property use on the day of your event.
For day-of rentals, access begins at 11:00 AM.
For full-weekend rentals, you have unlimited access throughout your stay.
For weddings, all personal items must be removed by 11:00 AM the day following the event.
Jayce Farms staff will set up ceremony chairs and handle chair breakdown after the event. Additional staff assistance may be available for reception or cocktail hour layout changes.
